Why Runner Repair
55 Minutes. One-On-One. Hands-On.
Standard physical therapy has the approach wrong. Here is what we do instead.
Most physical therapy is built to serve the masses. The clinician has to stay in their lane and apply a standard approach — the same progression, the same protocol, whether or not it is the right fit for how your body is actually responding.
And look at what happens to the hour. Your therapist has two or three patients on the clock at once, so attention gets divided. Roughly 80% of your session is spent doing stretches and exercises by yourself. You could have done all of that at home, for free, on your own schedule.
You should only be paying for the treatment you cannot give yourself.
At Runner Repair you get 55 minutes of personalized, one-on-one treatment focused on exactly that: the hands-on work and the specialized equipment on the mobile truck that you do not have at home. Backed by 40 years of experienced hands that know what a running injury feels like under them.
The exercises still matter — we give them to you and expect you to do them. They just do not eat your appointment.
