The
Starting
Line.

Runner Repair Shop is built to be the first stop for every running injury — not a pretty face, but real answers and treatments.

Injuries are catalogued by joint and body area. Each section walks through the history of the injury, what we look for on clinical evaluation, and the exercises that will actually rehabilitate it.

Common
questions.

Everything runners ask before their first mobile session.

What is mobile physical therapy?

Mobile physical therapy brings the clinic to you. Runner Repair Shop treats runners at home, at work, or trailside from a fully equipped PT van — same assessment, manual therapy, and rehab programming, no waiting room.

Do I need a referral to see a physical therapist?

No. Texas has direct access to physical therapy, so you can book a screening and start treatment without a physician referral.

What areas do you serve?

We travel to runners across the Dallas–Fort Worth area and surrounding communities, including race-day and event coverage.

How long is a session and what happens in it?

Sessions run about 60 minutes: a joint-by-joint assessment, hands-on manual therapy, corrective exercise, and a written plan you can start the same day.

Can I keep running while being treated?

Usually yes. Most plans keep you running in some form using modified volume, walk/run intervals, or cross-training while the injured tissue rebuilds capacity.

How much does an appointment cost?

Pricing depends on the service and whether you book a single visit or a package. Send a booking request and we'll confirm exact pricing before your visit.
